Dr. Tammy Tran was raised in Chalfont, Pennsylvania and is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare to the community. After graduating from Central Bucks West High School, she attended Johns Hopkins University and The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tran then returned to her hometown for her Family Practice residency at Aria Health (now Jefferson Northeast). Dr. Tran loves practicing family medicine as it allows her to care for the whole patient and to become a part of her patients’ lives and their families. She strongly believes in communicating with her patients so that they can understand their diagnosis and work together on a treatment plan that is best for them.

Tetyana Demkovych, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of progressive clinical experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings including urgent and geriatric care. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
